What happens if the weather is bad or if it rains?
All activities will be held normally regardless of rain or bad weather. If the weather affects the activity then activitiy will be canceled and you will be refunded or offered alternate date. If, due to extreme weather conditions, the operator has to cancel a tour because there is a risk to the service and participants, you will be offered a refund or alternate date.
Meeting point and pickup
Meeting point and pickup is stated in the tour description but also you will get all needed information in the booking confirmation.
Payment and refunds
All the tours are possible to cancel free with full refund up to 24 hours before tour starts if it is not stated different.
What if i am late ?
Always contact the provider and they will do their best effort if it is possible to wait for you. If it is not an option it will count as no show.
If an error occurs in the process of booking, is the booking still confirmed?
No. Booking is confirmed once you get a mail of confirmation. Please in any case double check your mailbox and spam folder.
