MyTraveo places a platform at the disposition of its Users, through which a natural or legal person (hereafter “the User”) can reserve tourist activities, excursions, guided tours and transfers.

You are permitted to use the Website and any other affiliate websites solely on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Because our Terms & Conditions contain legal obligations, please read this agreement carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by the Company. By accessing the Website you confirm to have understood and agreed to it.


MyTraveo is not a or tour provider, and we do not provide such experiences ourselves. When you make a booking, you will be purchasing a tour, ticket or other service directly from the third-party supplier.



The Website allows the user to directly process a reservation and purchase order for guided tours, sightseeings, multiday itineraries, visits, transfers, city breaks, attractions tickets,  as well as and additional travel packages (the global offer will be hereinafter the “Product”).

By accessing or using MyTraveo ‘s services and any other affiliate websites, you are indicating that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, you are not permitted to access or use the services.


In all Booking arrangements, the person making the Booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use on behalf of all the persons named in the Booking.

The Company may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. You should regularly access this section on the Website in order to check the publication of the most recent and updated Terms and Conditions

You must provide true, accurate and complete data and an e-mail that corresponds exclusively to your personal data and not that of a third party. The supplying of true and accurate data, including personal contact information, is a necessary requirement for the use of the Product offered by the Company. You also agree to use the Website and any other affiliate websites only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment. You agree not to use the Website and any other affiliate websites to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.



If you access, view, or use the materials, content, or services via the Website, this implies that the User understands and accepts these General Conditions of Use, which define the rights and obligations of MyTraveo and the User, regards the contraction of touristic activities, guided tours and transfers.

To access the Website, User registration is not required. However, to be able to contract any of the services offered by MyTraveo it is required that the User registers and accepts these conditions before making the corresponding payment.

MyTraveo has developed this Website to offer the User a service for the reservation of activities, excursions, and guided tours in different countries throughout the world.

In general, the contraction of the services offered by MyTraveo will take place between the User and MyTraveo, although with certain providers MyTraveo will be limited to offering its Website as an online platform through which providers offer their services to be contracted directly by Users. The form of agreement will be indicated in the voucher of the activity.


In this latter case, the User, when finalising the reservation, establishes a contractual relationship with the provider with whom they have reserved the activity or transfer. MyTraveo will act as an intermediary between the User and provider, limited to transmit the relevant reservation details to the provider and sending the User an email confirmation of the reservation in place of the provider.


The information displayed by MyTraveo through the Website is, in any case, based on the information provided by the local providers.


To have a certificated credential code you need to register as registered user of the Website by completing the registration process available on the Website and obtaining your personal authentication credentials. By registering you represent and warrant that all personal data and information provided during the registration process are up to date, complete, accurate and true. You will receive authentication credentials and you shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities and uses that occur in connection with your account. Should you have knowledge or simply suspect any unauthorised use of your Credentials and/or any other violations of their confidentiality, you agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account.



As a condition of your use of the Services, you represent and warrant that (i) all information supplied by you in the course of your use of the Services is true, accurate, current and complete, and (ii) you are 18 years of age or older in order to use the Website. MyTraveo does not knowingly collect the information of anyone under the age of 18.



In general, the reservation of activities, excursions and guided tours that MyTraveo promotes through its Website are subject to the following conditions:



The meeting point, date, time, duration and all necessary information for the activity, excursion and/or guided tour reserved can be found in the description of each service, both on the Website and in the confirmation email that MyTraveo sends to the User once the reservation is made.


In the confirmation email as well as giving you all the information regarding the reserved service, MyTraveo may provide the User with a reservation voucher for the activity, activity, excursion and/or guided tour or MyTraveo will inform the User about the arrival of an email from the provider with the justification being that the User should present this to the provider before the activity begins, or once it’s finished, depending on the specific conditions established by the provider.


Users must be punctual and be at the meeting point at the time and on the day indicated on their voucher, as all activities, excursions and/or guided tours have a specific departure time, and it is impossible to modify the start time.


Duration of the activities, excursions and/or guided tours published on the Website are of a referential nature and could be subject to variations depending on the functioning of the service on the day or a factor external to the provider and/or MyTraveo such as inclement weather, traffic, demonstrations etc.


If, once the User is in the destination and has questions relating to the service reserved, and in particular with the meet point of the activity, excursion or visit the Users can contact the provider on the telephone that appears in the voucher MyTraveo sends when confirming the reservation.


MyTraveo informs you that the provider may request that you show your voucher before the tour begins. MyTraveo does not accept any responsibility should the User not do so.



The price of each Product will be quoted on a per-person basis, unless otherwise specified.

Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by MyTraveo. – If MyTraveo provides a currency converter, currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes may not be updated on a daily basis, and MyTraveo and its affiliates do not warrant or guarantee accuracy. MyTraveo shall not be liable to you if prices change due to currency fluctuations.


Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a Booking has been made.

Unless the Supplier has otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.

Inclusions are determined by the Supplier. Prices do not include tips/gratuities; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food that the Supplier has not specifically stated are included.



If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.


By submitting a purchase to the company, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. Your reservation will be filed in our database, you may access your reservation on your personal page of the Website, section “My Account”.


You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.



Once you have chosen the Product to be booked and have filled the Order form, you will have the chance to proceed with payment with: your personal credit card (the Company accept main credit cards – if you use any third party’s credit card you may be requested to show authorization to pay the booking with that credit card.

The price charged will be the one present on the site at the time of confirmation with no extra costs applied directly by the Company. Any eventual supplement to the initial price will be due to factors outside the control of the Company. The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on the Website and any other affiliate websites. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees. 

Once the payment is definitely executed, you will receive a confirmation message by mail by the Website with the reservation summery with links to access all necessary information for each reserved product. Upon acceptance of the order and the relative certificated payment, you can be in contact with the Company (through the Website) to request the relative invoice sending an e-mail to When purchasing the request of invoice you will be required to inform your account Credentials, the dates of service and the reservation number.



Each service provided by MyTraveo on the present Website (activities, day trips, guided tours and transfers) has its own specific cancellation policy. The User can check each specific cancellation policy in the description part of each activity (in the Website) or on the confirmation email that MyTraveo will send the User once the reservation has been made.


Hence, the specific cancellation conditions will be applicable to each service, which establish the cancellation time and possible penalisation.

MyTraveo will manage cancellations and will confirm the cancellation policies of each activity, excursion, guided tour and/or transfer.

If the SUPPLIER does not have availability on the reserved date, MyTraveo will offer the customer an alternate date or schedule, which must be accepted or declined by the customer. If no reply about the alternative option is received within 72 hours, the booking will be cancelled and refunded immediately. In either case, MyTraveo will send the relevant documentation.


The standard cancellation policy allows you to request a change to and/or cancel a Booking up until 24 hours before the start time of the Booking; or if the Experience does not have an explicit start time, the deadline to request a change or to cancel will generally be 11:59pm, two days before the start date. Timings are calculated in accordance with the time zone of the Experience.
